Privacy Policy
How Pix-kit handles personal information on this website and in its member features when you use them.
1. Website visits and messages
Nihon Essentials Hub G.K. operates Pix-kit. Our hosting provider may process your IP address and request details to deliver and secure the website. If you email us, we use your address and message to respond. Google Analytics runs only if you consent. See the Cookie Policy for details and to change your preferences.
2. Sign in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Pix-kit receives your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture URL if available. We use these data to verify your sign-in, create or recognize your account, and populate your profile. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, or contacts. Supabase processes and stores account and learning data on our behalf, including the information received from Google. Google processes your sign-in. We do not sell Google account data or use it for advertising.
3. Learning and community
When you use member features, we store your profile preferences and lesson progress to provide your account and synchronize progress across devices. When community posting is available, your published contributions and display name can be seen by others. We process reports and related information to keep the community safe. If AI-assisted moderation is enabled, OpenAI may process the text needed for a safety check. We do not send data received from Google for that purpose.
4. Retention and safeguards
We keep personal information as needed to provide the service, respond to requests, protect the service, or meet legal obligations. We restrict access to private account data. Service providers may process information outside Japan. Backup copies may remain for a limited period after deletion.
5. Your choices and contact
Contact us at the address below with privacy questions, to obtain the operator’s details, or to request access, correction, cessation of use, or deletion of personal information where applicable. If you have a member account, you can also request deletion from account settings. The Android applications have their own privacy policies.
