Pix-Moments Terms of Use

1. Free features and Premium

Premium is an optional one-time, non-consumable purchase for this application, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge. The price, included features and free limits are shown in the app and Google Play before purchase. Lifetime access refers to the purchased unlock for this app; it does not promise perpetual support, cloud availability or compatibility with every future device.

2. Payments, restoration and refunds

Google Play handles purchases under its terms. A completed purchase can be restored using the same Google Play account on compatible devices. Pending payments do not grant paid access until confirmed. Refunds follow Google Play policies and applicable law; contact us for purchase problems. A refund may remove the corresponding paid entitlement. Uninstalling the app does not itself request a refund.

3. Pix-Moments

Pix-Moments provides date counters, recurring events, photo series, widgets and reminders. Premium unlocks unlimited Moments and photo-timeline video and GIF export. Reminders depend on Android permissions, battery settings and device behavior; do not rely on them as your only reminder for critical events. Backups are manual, with no automatic cloud synchronization. Exported ZIP files are not encrypted and may contain personal photos and dates.

4. Your content and privacy

You retain your rights to your images, projects, dates and exports. You must have permission to use and share imported content. Processing, permissions, storage and any optional sharing or backup are described in the relevant application's Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and responsibility

Keep independent backups before uninstalling, clearing app data or changing devices. Features may evolve, and operation depends on compatible devices and third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing excludes liability, legal guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
